Tuscan Capital, which launched in 2018, has been named ‘Best Bridging Newcomer - Lender’ at a glittering awards event dedicated to the bridging and short-term property lending sectors.

Held at the Hurlingham Club in southwest London on 6th June, the 11th annual Bridging & Commercial Awards was attended by 650 industry luminaries, participants and supporters.

Lenders, brokers and business partners competed across 22 tightly-fought categories for a much sought after award. The winners were determined by separate lender/broker judging panels picked for their expertise and impartiality.

After picking up his award, Colin Sanders - CEO of Tuscan Capital - said: “We’re naturally thrilled and delighted to have won the ‘Best Bridging Newcomer - Lender’ Award at this year’s B&C Awards.
