TUSCAN CAPITAL COMPLETES £892,000 REFURBISHMENT DEAL

Tuscan Capital, the short-term property finance specialist, has completed a £892,000 medium refurbishment funding deal which will transform the historic Brookhouse Inn Hotel in Staffordshire into modern residential spaces.
The Brookhouse Hotel covers three buildings, is located in Rolleston, and spans 2.81 acres including a large car park, gardens, and a rear paddock.
The redevelopment involves converting the Grade II-listed main house into seven modern apartments.
The coach house will be developed into three houses, and the Brookside barn will be turned into a standalone two-bedroom house.
This project was undertaken in collaboration with 2XL Commercial Finance.
Tuscan said this project highlighted its commitment to providing innovative financial solutions that meet the needs of developers and contribute to the rejuvenation of historic properties.
