£1million Equity Release Facility Delivered To HNW Portfolio Investor

Property investor refinances a Buy-to-Let portfolio to raise capital for the purchase of new development opportunity.

A High Net Worth property investor with a nationwide portfolio comprising 80+ properties was seeking to use part of the portfolio to raise £1million urgently.

Tuscan Capital worked closely with the broker to assess which of the individual properties in the portfolio were most appropriate for equity release, so allowing the bridge loan to complete in the fastest possible time.
